- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, with the tags uncut, and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items
- For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on private items such as underwear or other intimate clothing.

- Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, or we can issue store credits if you prefer.
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
